Ordering. A listing is an offer to sell while stock lasts. You can cancel for pricing errors, fitment errors, or no stock. Payment is captured at checkout in USD.
Fitment. Year, make, model, and engine filters are a guide. The buyer confirms fitment before install. A wrong-application part that was installed is not a return. It is a fitment miss.
Core charges. Some Alliant reman parts include a refundable core charge. The core is not the part price. Credit follows the Core Return & Credit Policy. No core, no credit.
Warranty split. Alliant Power warrants Alliant-branded parts. Strokin Diesel does not add a separate parts warranty on top of Alliant’s. Shop labor you perform is warranted only under the invoice for that job, not under a web order.
Tuning and emissions. Power-enhancing devices, deletes, and non-OEM calibrations void Alliant’s warranty. Alliant’s own exclusion is “failures caused by the use of power enhancing devices or modifications.”
Limitation of liability. Parts only. No consequential damages, no lost-truck downtime, no towing, no rental, except where Alabama law does not allow that limit.
