Window: 30 days from delivery. Unused, uninstalled, unmodified, original undamaged box, all hardware and paperwork in the box. No writing on the manufacturer carton.
Restocking: 15%. Buyer pays return freight and insurance. Credit within 10 business days of inspection, minus the fee.
Not returnable: installed or uninstalled-after-install parts, missing pieces, opened seals, gaskets, O-rings, fluids, fuel additive, electrical once opened if the seal is broken, special-order and non-stock lines, and anything obsolete.
No exchanges on the site. Return and reorder. Diesel SKUs are too fitment-specific for a swap.
Warranty is not a return. Failure after install goes through warranty, not the 30-day unused window. Alliant brand: 24 months, unlimited miles, parts, from delivery to the original purchaser, for most products. Qualifying injectors, high-pressure pumps, and fuel control units can be submitted as guaranteed part-only, or as parts-and-labor if that option is given up. Labor follows Alliant’s flat-rate schedule. Claim and part must reach Alliant within 45 days of the failure date. Exclusions: contamination, misuse, bad install, unauthorized parts, and power adders.
Cores ship in their own box, marked CORE, with the core paperwork. Never in the same carton as a new-product return or a warranty return. Alliant rejects mixed shipments.
Buyer starts the return by emailing you with the order number. You issue an RMA. No RMA, no credit.
