In-stock orders placed on a business day are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit is carrier time, not processing time.
Carriers are UPS and FedEx for parcel, freight for overweight pieces. Alliant’s own cutoff is about 1:00 PM local for LTL and heavy pieces (single turbos over 70 lb, or multi-box orders over 120 lb).
Freight is calculated at checkout. The buyer pays outbound shipping unless a promotion says otherwise.
Ship-to is the continental US. No PO boxes on freight or high-value electrical. Signature may be required.
Risk transfers when the carrier scans the package. A lost or damaged shipment is a carrier claim you file. The buyer must note damage on delivery and tell you within 48 hours.
Backorders ship when Alliant releases them. The buyer can cancel a backordered line before it ships for a full refund of that line.
Title on cores stays with the core program until the core is accepted.
